Ben, the X-ray technician, was very helpful and kind during my visit. He explained what he was doing and made me feel comfortable. He was professional and careful throughout the whole process.
I did not receive a notification to leave a review, so I am writing here. I recently had an abdominal ultrasound. Amanda and Natalie were extremely kind and professional. They explained everything clearly and in simple terms to ensure accurate results. The office has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I was truly glad to start my work week by meeting such wonderful specialists early on a Monday morning. Thank you very much!
This place isn't quite as busy at night compared to the day time. I was checked in right away, filled out paperwork and taken back by an assistant. He was very nice and explained everything to me. Made me as comfortable as possible, communicating with me clearly and gave me extra protection for my ears because the machine was pretty loud. overall. easiest experience I've ever had. Thank you!
I was initially thinking of giving one star to this place (I still think that it is what Dignity Advanced Imaging deserves in general) because my appointment was canceled four times, I was directed to different locations, and neither the call center staff nor the front desk workers were helpful, and gave contradictory information. I’ve worked for dignity health myself for 31 years and was very dissatisfied with the service today. Walk in for an xray as that’s how they provide service for X-rays is “walk in basis”, arrived at 446pm as they close at 5pm, they check me in and the tech comes up to the desk to explain he can’t take me as he can’t take anyone after the 445pm check in time as he has twin babies he has to go home for.
