I had a horrible experience here for my 20 week anatomy scan. This is my 4th baby and I have NEVER received such cold, awful treatment. My female ultrasound technician (I won’t name names) was immediately so rude to me from the start and made me feel like I was receiving a biopsy, not looking at my living child. What should be an exciting scan left me leaving in tears. I was not able to watch the scan on a screen, she didn’t talk to me at all throughout the scan, and should never work with pregnant women. This was the most wonderful staff I've ever worked with. They were so incredibly cheerful, I wanted to help in any way they could and kept me laughing the whole time
5 stars for Ronald and Rachel. From the moment I arrived on Friday May 15th, for my CT scan, they were both incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring. Medical procedures can sometimes feel stressful, but they immediately put me at ease and made the entire process smooth and comfortable.
