This was the most wonderful staff I've ever worked with. They were so incredibly cheerful, I wanted to help in any way they could and kept me laughing the whole time
5 stars for Ronald and Rachel. From the moment I arrived on Friday May 15th, for my CT scan, they were both incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring. Medical procedures can sometimes feel stressful, but they immediately put me at ease and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. They explained everything clearly, were patient and personable, and the IV was done perfectly with no issues at all.
