I have a complaint specifically with the billing department. I have been bounced around to probably 20 different numbers; I either get transferred to a wrong number, a hospital in SAN FRANCISCO (????), an out of service number, etc. This is the most frustrating process just to get an itemized bill; I eventually got someone to send me a request form, sent that in weeks ago and I have gotten NOTHING in the mail. It's a really nice hospital the nurses Were great . When I feel out of the shower and broke my arm . Everyone was so nice . And I love hospital food it was really good.

People don't care about people people need to aware of the way they're nurses treat you
From the valet, to the information desk to check in to Surgery Op center to the Pre Op to Surgery to Post Op. Everyone of you gets FIVE STARs. I cannot express enough gratitude for each one of you.
