Walked in with my daughter who deals with chronic bronchitis and asthma who has a bad cough for a week and the last two nights(last night in particular) she has had troubles breathing at night and hasn’t slept much in two nights due to feeling like she can’t breathe. Honestly a horrible experience to get a breast Ultrasound! I was unable to get my results burned on a disc for 2 weeks due to their machines being down. And the previous week before that I came in the radiologist lied to me and told me over the phone "results are ready." When I arrived at the hospital the front receptionist informed me the radiologist working was having trouble burning my results on a disc. Smfh you can't make this up! Dr. Mann is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. He has an extremely horrible personality and should not ever be practicing medicine! He left me in tears for bringing all my family in after an MVA. He would also ask questions and follow up with a rude comments. He also put false information on his dictated notes from our visit! Also front desk person which I didn’t get her name cause her badge wasn’t on properly was also extremely rude acting like it was an issue for all of us to be seen. All I have to say is that Heather, Luke, and Dr. B ARE THE BEST!!! Great service, no wait... just the best ER experience. Not that I've had many but I will always go to dignity health if I need to go to an ER. Thank you Dignity!
Got in and out quick. Staff was great especially the CT tech Kenneth. Made me feel very comfortable for my exam.
