RecommendedHave to give a shout out to the great staff of nurses and doctors who took care of me at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. Spent 4 days there this week and honestly was amazed at the incredible level of service they gave me across every shift, 24/7. It’s easy to say “that’s their job” but far harder for organizations like this to truly show the level of care and concern these people did every second of the day and night. To all of them, I say “Thank you for all that you do!”

I work a full time job. My mother who took care of my Dad went to jail. IHSS allows up to 280 for at home caregivers. I do not live with my Dad, but I do live in Sacramento the same city as him. My grandmother passed the following day my dad went into the hospital. This SOCIAL WORKER at Mercy General did not do a safe discharge of my dad according to The Adult Protection services. We agreed that I could possibly do 4 hours a day and the caregiver would do 8-10 hours a day. My dad isn’t mobile at all so obviously not enough h... read more

Stay as far away from this place as possible. Everyone here is rude. I dropped my grandma off earlier and immediately the receptionist was annoyed because I came in to ask what to do. My grandma needed help out of the car and the receptionist looked at me like I was stupid because I said I was there to check my grandma in. I’m very disappointed with the ER medical staff at Mercy Gilbert. I’ve heard all great things about them. However when I was checked in at this hospital on Tuesday, March 24, I had a completely different experience. It all started when I was told by the COVID 19 Hotline, that I could go to the Banner Urgent Care on Higley, to get tested. I waited a good hour before getting called back.
