Easy to set it up
I had wore hearing aids in my life. No any hearing aids had helped much. The hard surfaces are always uncomfortable. Echo happened often. And they pushed ear wax further inside ear tunnels. I no longer wear hearing aids after I have the Bellman & Symfon Mino Personal Amplifer with Headphones. Sound quality is much better than any hearing aids. With headphone, my ears no more feel uncomfortable with sweating. Yes it's bulky but sound quality is everything.
I have received good and courteous service from this company. I ordered the pocket talker 2.0 and received it promptly. I had to exchange the first one due to it having some static on it. They sent me a new one and it works great. I can watch tv and understand what they are seeing for the first time in years.
