Discovered this company while searching for a smoke alarm for a hearing impaired person. They have a great selection of products for the hearing impaired, including alarm systems. My purchase arrived within the predicted delivery time-frame of less than a week. Free shipping and returns is a plus for convenient shopping. Glad I found them, since these products are difficult or impossible to find at the traditional big box stores.
Diglo is a great outfit. I ordered a Roger On In V3 from them and because of a UPS shipping error, it seemed to be lost. When I informed Diglo of the problem, they immediately shipped me another one. In the end, the UPS problem was solved. Diglo was most helpful and trusting in dealing with me and I value that.
