Digitron Electronics is a very professional company; I have 4 - 2004 Eiki 6k projectors, they repaired all of them to brand new. Their technicians are very talented; they can troubleshoot any problems and fix them within a reasonable period. If you put on big events as I do, you need the security that nothing will fail after a repair, and so far, nothing has. For me, paying a little more to have that piece of mind is way worth it. I would recommend Digitron to any of my fellow vendors.
You cant even call to get a ballpark estimate. These guys work very much like the businesses we are all beginning to despise. Nothing helpful and there prices are inflated which is why they wont give you any advice unless you pay $75 diagnostic. If you disagree with repair before , they keep your $75. Also you cant diagnose yourself. They must do it for you.
I truly couldn't believe the sheer lack of courtesy in the way I was treated as a customer, or the lack of professionalism with which my problem was handled. I would never do business with this shop, except for the fact that I had no choice to service my particular TASCAM deck. So disappointed.
I recommend this A/V repair spot. Digitron did a nice job repairing my Roland Jazz Chorus and Digitech rack mount. Quick turnaround on getting my gear fixed. Thanks!
