We used digital x for our corporate events throughout 2024 and currently. We are in process of our next event, and I must say Edwin, Melissa and the entire team at Digital X have been knowledgeable, helpful and have the right technicians for any event. Our experience with Digital X at my sister’s wedding was truly upsetting — and not just because the screens didn’t work. Technical difficulties can happen, and while frustrating, they’re sometimes unavoidable. What made this situation so much worse was the completely unprofessional behavior of the technician and the way the company handled it afterward. From the owner themselves, not taking any accountability and instead blaming the customer who paid thousands of dollars to have their event ruined. You’re really proving my point for me. Digital X? More like Digital disappointment. I was present at the wedding mentioned in the comments below and what should've been an amazing moment for the bride and groom's family, it was overshadowed by the failure from digital x. The most embarrassing part of this company is the lack of responsibility that was taken on the night, imagine it's your wedding day and an issue like this occurs. Instead of troubleshooting the issue on the spot and apologize for any inconvenience, the blame was shifted.
This company ruined the first dance for both one of my best friends and her husband. They spent hours making and editing videos for their parent dances and sent them in on time for the technicians to check them over, but the video froze and didn’t work during either dance. What’s worse is their technician took no accountability for the video not working, and the customer service has been awful since. Don’t let this company ruin a moment you can never get back.
