I was there as part of a team to move server equipment. Staff was helpful and helped set up the walkways for us to be rolling pallets over. Also helping get all the badges organized as easily as possible for the large tram of people we have. DC kept up very well, and there are tools accessible for anyone to use as needed. From experience that makes it very nice as sometimes an extra screwdriver or drill can come in handy (even if you bring your own tools).
