I have taken several of my computers into the Digital Medics, and have been very pleased with the end result. True, one took a little longer then expected, but they did a very good job. I'd reccomend them to anyone who needs someone with experience to work on their machine. I have a laptop that I will be sending in shortly. They have gone the extra mile for me to make ssure that I'm satisfied.
I took my laptop in after many problems through Dell and their inexperienced foreign language speaking customer service and I was extremely pleased with the service I got. The problem was fixed and the price was great! I would definetely recommend going there for any type of computer problem!
I dropped my computer off at Digital Medics in Flushing and was extremely dissatisfied. They had slow inexperienced service. They're prices are reasonable compared to Geeksquad but when I got my computer back it was doing the same thing. Should have just took it to the experienced geeksquad. Think again before choosing Digital Medics
