Great staff, Kelly, who is the Mammogram tech is the best!! She's very sweet, pleasant and explains things well, makes sure you feel comfortable while keeping professional. Thanks Kelly for doing what you do, so well! The only area that can use improvement is the check in desk at the front, a bit slow.
They are awesome they have incredibly nice employees very respectful just amazing an they know their job. Keep up the great job I give you all a 10 an thank you for making me feel good about everything ���
Not sure on your employee protocol but telling a patient that if they don't have a unscheduled mammogram that they will get letters in the mail telling them they have cancer and need a biopsy is not ok. Never again DMI. Last time I put up with a rude and unprofessional staff.
