I was handled in a courteous and professional maner. Hearing test was performed and results were the same as my audiologists results. Have not received my hearing aids yet but anticipate the same quality of service.

You are always greeted politely and warmly. Usually the audiologist is ready to see you at the scheduled appointment time. He listens attentively and explains why he recommends a particular hearing aid. Nice place to visit.
