You are always greeted politely and warmly. Usually the audiologist is ready to see you at the scheduled appointment time. He listens attentively and explains why he recommends a particular hearing aid. Nice place to visit.
My experience was first rate. Everyone was courteous, answered my questions completely, and performed services I didn't know were needed on my hearing aides. I walked out owing nothing, and was pleased to set up a "check-up" appointment in several months.
I have been going to John for over ten years now. He is always there when I need him. Sometimes I walk in unannounced and he is always ready to help. I highly recommend him.
