Sam is amazing! He is extremely kind, professional and does incredible work. I get all my photos retouched by him and they always look better than any other editor I have worked with. Sam is hands-down the best. He is a total pro, and will make lots of tiny, subtle retouches vs. sweeping broad brush strokes. Sam knows just how much to retouch (and where) and when to stop and keep it real. You never get that feeling that some amateur used the erase tool and went through your favorite headshot and now you look 12. Plus the customer service, fast turn around, and genuine caring he displays are extraordinary. Prices are embarrassingly modest so I alway pay more than the invoice.
