Rick is great. He explained his work and followed up. We didn t have to ask twice for anything!
The man came out to install 2 bedroom ceiling fans. He took the first one down, and informed me that a new box would need to be placed in the attic to support the fan. He couldn't do it that day, so he left without charging me and was supposed to get back with a new estimate. A week went by and I didn't hear anything, so I called. He stated that he was out of town, and would get back to me the following, Wednesday. I never heard back from him, and that was the end of May.
Rick was prompt and professional. He followed up after the job was completed and we were well satisfied.
