I understand that the nature of what these guys do can be stressful or frustrating. That does not mean that they need to be rude or make snide comments. If you don't like what you do for a living get a different career or retire. No need to take it out on the world because you're miserable and old.
They stole my: dashcam ($100+) phone mount kit ($40), aux chord ($10), lightning usb chord ($20), iPhone components ($100+), ac outlet adapter with USB ports ($50). After denying they had my items I ask to see an email of the photos of my car when it was towed and they zoomed in 325% on the email to avoid me seeing the image of my personal items in my glove box when they first documented the pick up of my vehicle. MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT BAD AT ALL.... This company was only doing there job that was requested by the finance company for my car. The location I dealt with was the Fremont Office. The driver that picked up my car was really understanding he stopped to talk to me and my boyfriend in the middle of the road and explained what I had to do to get the car back and if it is their mistake he will bring my car back.
