After my phone had an unfortunate accident, I had an old phone turned on to hold me over. The old phone however had a shattered screen and broken lock button. Brought it in to these guys an hour before they closed the night before I was leaving to go out of town and they fixed it up!! Alex even stayed late to get my phone done. Perfect screen and the lock button works like a charm! Wish I would have known about this place three phones ago!! Thanks Caleb & Alex!!

They did a great and fast job fixing my Moto X 2nd Gen. Screen cracked and LCD went out, luckily they had the new parts in stock and I had my phone back within a couple of hours. Thanks so much!

I dropped my phone and shattered my screen, they got my phone up and running in an hour! The guys even stayed late to make sure it was done same evening! Thank you, awesome job, awesome customer service!

Had screen replaced today. Fingerprint reader no longer works, does not dim when I place phone up to ear, microphone does not work when using Siri or dictation but works in calls. I am a certified technician myself and I had them replace screen for convenience sake and to alleviate the work load I have. I will change my review when I go back tomorrow for the guarantee they provide in their work and the issues are resolved.

I took my sons tablet in cause the lcd screen was cracked. They ordered the wrong piece and had to order a new one. They broke the outside screen so they had to order that piece. Then after waiting for the new screen to come in they tell me it would take even turn on. So they are ordering another screen. They broke my sons tablet, that he got for Christmas and has been bugging me about, I expect a refund and replacement. I will never go back to Digital Doc!!!!! ***UPDATE*** They never did fix the tablet. They did replace it ... read more
