It was Three weeks and ordered my dentures. They called the day of my appointment and cancelled saying the lab lost my dentures. Not to mention they got paid in full from Medicaid and tried to say they never received any money. So when I called I was very frustrated. The lady or receptionists was rude. I definitely would not go there unless you’re looking for your camel for some teeth. Very poor service .
Staff is wonderful; polite and friendly, listening to concerns. Dentist has been excellent as well. In progress with Candid Pro. Will follow up when process is complete.
I am very pleased with my overall experience at digital dental. The Dr & staff are very professional, caring, kind & patient. I highly recommended digital dental in Piqua, Ohio for your dental care.
