I met Barbara Hoefener, FNP, earlier this year. At first, I was intimidated by her! She was so meticulous with all the initial requirements, which made me scared of her. However, I learned that the reason she is so thorough is that her practice runs smoothly and efficiently once you take the time to submit your forms correctly. I have been a patient of Barbs for 6 year’s. She is wonderful. She is compassionate with her patients. She makes sure you get the best care needed. Barb goes above and beyond. Thank you Barb for all that you do. Your the Best!

Re: I followed your policy to the letter. When I went into Quest to do the fasting labs, they had no record of an order from Barbara Hoefener or Digital Clinicians. Kind of hard to do the labs you require if you never sent the order. As far as addressing things, I have thank you. I have appropriate care from a provider who won't suddenly pull the rug out from under me when I have otherwise done everything asked of me. I posted this warning to others for good reason. Barbara plays well with others, has all A's or A++ on her report card, has perfect attendance record, goes beyond bounds to help you ,even if extra time is needed in office, does a good days work for the benefit of your health . If I was the Doctor I'd hire her in a minute...oh wait, the doctor did that , glad to have her on board. Hope she stays, I got a lot of trust in her and I've heard others state it also. I feel better already...see-it works.

I've been with her for year's and I thought maybe she doesn't listen or hear what I say sometimes, and it really concerns me, how easily she forgets what's going on ?? And how forceful Barbara is with her opinion. She actually yelled and reprimanded me about being too "lenient and easy" on me. For pain management, who and why ??, would anyone request pee from a patient 2 times a week and telling me it's in some contract. Strangest experience ever. I would not recommend her at all, after the bizarre outburst at me.
