I give it 0 stars. The manager is the most arrogant customer svc rep I've ever encountered! I made 4 trips to get my cd repaired and paid them $330. It worked fine for 1 day and then I couldn't get it to turn on or do anything. I took it back to get them to check it. It worked for them, so I asked the mgr to take it out and make, sure a wire or nothing in it is loose. It only took about 15 minutes for them to take it out and reinstall it before.
