Hey I just want to let you know and watch out this dealer. Yesterday day on January 2 , 2021 I just stopped by this dealer the looked at 2013 Lexus es350 and dealer asked for price $8995 and asked salesman outer door how much does it cost outer door he said outer door should be $10100 exactly I don’t know how he can figure out $10100. The car price $8995 + 6% $539.70 = $9534.70 . And salesman service is very bad I m not happy at all please watch out they will try to looking for idiots buyer just be careful.
Owner and employees are very rude, disrespectful And not trustworthy. I was trying to buy a Specific car I saw. Was ready to buy cash but wanted to see the carfax report before driving 8 hours to the dealership. I've been calling, texting, emailing for two day and they hung up the phone on me three times. Promised to call back and never did. Did not respond to any of my emails, and completely blew me off when I texted them. All I heard is excuses about how they don't have access to it.
