Hey I just want to let you know and watch out this dealer. Yesterday day on January 2 , 2021 I just stopped by this dealer the looked at 2013 Lexus es350 and dealer asked for price $8995 and asked salesman outer door how much does it cost outer door he said outer door should be $10100 exactly I don’t know how he can figure out $10100. The car price $8995 + 6% $539.70 = $9534.70 . And salesman service is very bad I m not happy at all please watch out they will try to looking for idiots buyer just be careful.
Owner and employees are very rude, disrespectful And not trustworthy. I was trying to buy a Specific car I saw. Was ready to buy cash but wanted to see the carfax report before driving 8 hours to the dealership. I've been calling, texting, emailing for two day and they hung up the phone on me three times.
