DAS Very difficult to work with. Received wrong orders and delayed orders. Management did nothing to rectify mistakes of the folks taking the orders. When Products ordered were delayed because of DAS sales people we had to scramble to find substrate from other sources.

I ONLY use DAS! I've been into photography for a few years now, I consider myself to be an amateur outdoor photographer. I found DAS about two years ago through a Google search. Before I ordered I decided to call them up and see if they could help someone who was new to buying art paper. They were so helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I have used this company for several years but there are some serious problems with them since January 2010. To wit: I placed an order on January 4 expecting the same next day or two day service I had always received (as recently as spring 2009.) I received an email on January 7 confirming the shipment of the items. After ten days I contacted Digital Art Supplies and was told by the sales person they could not help me and someone would call me back. Five days later no call so I contacted them a... read more

Great Experience My experience with Digital Art Supplies has been a great experience. I'm writing this review because my business was having an emergency relating to a product we had to get out in a week. They managed to get me my printers withing a couple of days, and they also geared me towards the best paper for my pamphlets.
