I was unhappy with the customer service provided at the Green Bay location. I came in wanting prints made, the representative who is a "paper expert" did not offer me choices or other services at all to make my prints the best they possibly can be. I was also unaware of miscellaneous cutting charges applied to my order which I was never charged for before in the past. I left unhappy.
The MKE Digicopy stores rule. Van Buren and Erie Street locations are the ones I've had contact with but based on my experiences with these two, I'm guessing the others do not fall short either. Seriously impressive customer service ever!
I stopped in today at the New Downtown Green Bay location to send a fax! First, welcome to our downtown district- it's great to have you here! Your staff was wonderful and so was the store! I will be back! I hope you have success with this location as it's great to have you this close to home!
