This thing/company keeps spamming/calling even they got reported and blocked.
Comically bad customer service and an utter failure to acknowledge the problems my client had trying to use their services. I guess they are a monopoly though, right? Too bad.
Refuses to post pay ranges with job posting per WA State Pay Transparency Act. They are aware this suppresses wages and refuse to change practices despite being outlawed. Security company flaunting the law when it suits them is a bit of an overall red flag.
Très mauvais service client. Après 8 jours sans réponses à mes communications j'ai du les appeler. Le processus a débuté via IONOS le 24 aout 2023. Nous sommes le 11 septembre et le dossier n'a toujours pas été réglé. Processus de validation peu intuitif, peu compréhensif et peu à l'écoute de l'entreprise. Même annuler leur service a été compliqué (à ma charge sans toutefois avoir été validé ou avoir eu accès à leur service!!!). Je ne recommande pas du tout cet entreprise.
