As the equipment supervisor at a large specialty referral hospital, I have worked with Digicare for the last 2 years. During this time I have had the pleasure of working with Brett to coordinate repairs & source new equipment. He has always been extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. We have 3 LW 8 and 1 portable Digicare and I wouldn't get any other multi-parameter unit. Support is the best out there. Very responsive and knowledgeable.
If I could give zero stars I would. The experience with this company has been the most frustrating and unorganized experience I have ever had with a company. As another review stated we were also having trouble with our life window unit. I know multiple other hospitals who have these machines and are also having to go through all this hassle and trouble to get it fixed as well. Machines break, I get it!
