If you like paying over 20k for a failed mediation and having your bill increase with zero work being done, then being left to represent yourself these guys are great! They definitely did not have my best interest in mind and I hope somebody does to them what they did to me. Do not trust them.
Horrible experience with Krista Banda. My case clearly should have begun after I sought severe grief therapy, I'd lost my son and a month later his ex took his daughter away from us. It was too close to both losses for me to fare well in court, and I didn't. I paid them $15,000 as a retainer, but a rapid fire of extensive information either in their possession or not relevant.
