This is the first time that Smith Mechanical’s plumbing division has worked with Digging and Rigging. I would like to point out that the whole process was seamless from the initial contact with Dave to setting this massive grease interceptor yesterday. their team was on time and worked with our men to make this happen in a few short hours! It was a pleasure to work with such a professional group of salesmen and operators.
Every employee I have come into contact with from this company has been complete trash. They don’t know how to speak to people and take direction if needed.
I worked with Digging and Rigging to obtain a VDOT permit for them and they are a great company to work with - they are extremely professional and knowledgeable.
One of your trucks did lots of (bad) advertising by ignoring the "no trucks over __ tons" "single lane bridge ahead" "no commercial trucks" "single lane bridge ahead" and "tight curves ahead" sign and jamming four different intersections. It took a coordinated effort to clear two lanes, but none of that effort was your truck driver, who decided to sit directly on someone's front bumper while they tried to make room for your stuck truck.
