This is an OK place !! It's an impressive facility, with great decor, varied seating, lighting, and a large outside seating. There is a modest amount of choices of "SOFT" frozen dessert, to start with, & several tubs of "HARD" ice cream flavors. There is 250+ items to "TOP" the frozen treat. 99% of the toppings are CANDY, with a couple types of nuts, which I found to be stale.
