Ive used these guys multiple times. On 4 occasions now something has gone wrong with their machines and it has unconvinced me. On the last occasion the racket mechanism to lock machine onto trailer was faulty I rang Scott that is new to the company that works under Tony. He accused us of breaking it when I first called him and told him the problem he said we will have to fix it when you drop it back. Cheap upfront cost but check the fees. I never got sent the agreement ahead of time, turned up in the morning to a rushed pickup, told to 'sign here' on a phone screen. Make sure you get the agreement and read it ahead of time, it cost me a fair bit.
We hired through diggermate and the whole process was quick and easy, Tony was really helpful and was very simple with easy instructions pick up and drop off details and how to use the machines would definitely recommend
Awesome set up. Super easy to organise. And the price was perfect. I’ll definitely be back again
