Steve was great to deal with, met us onsite answered questions we had, very affordable got us out of trouble as we needed a digger that could get up narrow side, our digger operator had a mini which was to wide, so the micro digger Steve had got us out of trouble, it was able to go through pool gates and get to back of property, avoiding the side access thought we needed to go up, so that was a bonus. amazing... Highly recommend this company, towed well, just returned clean with full tank of diesel... Cheers 🌻
Very helpful and on time with machine drop off and pick up. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a hire machine.
Second time ive hired from Diggermate over the last few years. Im a local resident of Helensvale with ex experience in using excavators from many years back. I borrowed the 1.7T to redo my front garden. Steve from Helensvale franchise was epic to deal with and even gave me a quick refresh. Within 10 mins of use it all came back to me from years past. I was able to complete my task in record time. Great value, great service, great company to deal with. Highly recommend. Thanks Steve and thanks Diggermate exceptional customer ... read more
