Dr.Siraj is great. The billing department is absolute trash. They originally told me my insurance covered nothing, then when my insurance spent over a week telling them they fully cover the procedure I was scheduled for, billing responded by CHANGING THE MEDICAL CODES used to ensure I still had to self-pay like they originally quoted. I’ve never had a billing department go so out of their way to force a customer to pay out of pocket, so I canceled & found another GI doctor. Great care
Very nice stuff from the admitting staff to the doctor, all were pleasant and great to work with, answered all my questions in detail.
Has anyone been able to reach their Clyo Road office since last week? Daughter had an appointment on Thursday and received a text message that they were closed 12 to 5 and would call to reschedule. Have been unable to reach them ever since.
If you want to be cared for and have any respect for yourself, go somewhere else. Worst care I’ve ever received.
