The staff is nice. But I've asked 5 times for a manager non ever responded. They made me take a covid test at their office and had 15 people in a tiny room, 1 pen, no hand sanitizer. Now I'm waiting for my phone appointment, and even for that they are late, no call yes and its 30 min past the time DO NOT USE.
I called to make an appointment and was told my insurance was fully covered. I arrived at the appointment to be told I was out of network after sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes. They tried to charge me out of network costs. I ended up walking out of the appointment.

Your office is still forcing people to get out of the house and be there just to see test results (because without the test results the doctor did not do anything) So now you just could see the test and prescribe. I understand that you need to get pay. I think you should talk with the insurance and send people a document to sing as been see (not physically) but taking care of people's results. have been a patient of Dr. Castańeda for many years. I have to say he is a great doctor and they are a friendly staff. HOWEVER, my recent experience has not been satisfactory. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours for a follow up appointment. At that point decided to leave without the doctors evaluation. The Nurse practitioner called and did a phone consultation for my colonoscopy results. Getting a referral order for a CT Scan was a DISASTER. Very bad with appointments. They are short of doctors. The appointment was at 12 and they will probably do the procedure at 5
Respect your patients time. An appointment has a reason to be if not why making it? I lost all morning just waiting. Total consultation lasted no more than 5 min. Waited for over 3 hours. Horrible waste of my time and money. Very disappointed.
