It has been 2 weeks of trying to get someone to respond. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I have left several messages, faxed and put in inquiries through their website to request to get an appointment. I have been referred to this clinic. GOOD LUCK trying to speak to someone in their office is their answering center that always answers.
Bad communication, I have to wait weeks for a reply even though I’ve sent many. They don’t reply or call back unless you’ve bugged them many times. Definitely getting a new place that is actually responsive since this cat and mouse chase is bs when I need medication that is detriment to my health. Again, I blame the communication side and not the doctor himself.
Good diagnostics and patience
Great experience here! The appointments are fast, they don't keep you waiting a long time like other offices. You are in and out in a short time. Wish resulta were given over the phone to avoid driving here.
