The receptionists were flat-out rude every time I called or came in - Elizabeth should not have a job in healthcare if she is going to be speaking to anyone the way she did. I bought my mom to an appointment, but was informed at check-in that we don’t have the correct referral. The front desk person helped to secure a referral immediately so we don’t have to reschedule it, we really appreciate it. The doctor we saw is very kind and professional, she explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend this practice!
