Their billing office is incompetent. They billed incorrectly and it has been impossible to get them to correct it, even after conference call with my insurance provider instructing them that they used the wrong billing codes and that the test is 100% covered and will be paid when they correct the billing. It's been over 3 months and multiple communications, still unresolved. Next step is BBB complaint and legal action.
Horrible service. Had an appointment at 3pm. 3 pm. Got here, filled out the paperwork, and haven’t seen the doctor and it’s already 4:22pm. It’s absurd that it should take this long to even get called in. I suggest looking for a different doctor.
