Good work with my endoscopy and all testing. The support staff are very friendly and caring, yet avoid ticking off the P.A. If you make an error it’s like a child being scolded. Even if there’s a wait do precisely what she wants, when she wants. Dr. Luther retired.
Horrible receptionists
Had a new patient appt with Janice Gennocro- she was fabulous! She was so nice, came in and had already reviewed my health information so she was prepared and I appreciated that so much. I felt very comfortable! The entire staff was helpful and nice also!
If you see a doctor, you may be good. The PAs and nurses not so much. Not sure if they listen of if the AI they use is at fault. However, dermatitis herpetiformis is not the same as metformin. They should look at the medical records, surgical reports, upper/lower GIs, and labs....but instead they don't. Whatever. Don't even care anymore
