If you see a doctor, you may be good. The PAs and nurses not so much. Not sure if they listen of if the AI they use is at fault. However, dermatitis herpetiformis is not the same as metformin. They should look at the medical records, surgical reports, upper/lower GIs, and labs....but instead they don't. Whatever. Don't even care anymore
I call January 15 at 11:40 am press the nurse she answer really disrespectful to me denied yo give me the prescription and the name she denied to give me her name to is that the people you guys hire to deal with oatiens shame shame shame she dont let me explain i will take this more i will get a lawyer
I call this place more than one time after my primary doctor referred me to them. The one time they answered the lady put me on hold for 30 minutes! Then she gets an attitude because she couldn’t find the referral. To work in a healthcare facility you would think they enjoy helping others. Well no, I’m grateful I contacted my primary for a different provider. The ethics of this place are so low. Do better! Or work somewhere else.
Do not go here!!! We sent my daughter here hoping for help…. Weeks between appointments that could have been handled over the phone or on portal. Terrible bedside manner, they do not listen to the patient and very dismissive of and questions you may have. And in the end…. Just shrugged her off with a sorry not sorry
I had my first appointment with Debra Blair today and she was so kind! I got taken in for my appointment early and was seen shortly after. The staff at the front desk were very kind as well. She spent so much time learning my health history and listening to my issues with compassion. I was nervous for this appointment and she made me feel comfortable and heard. I appreciate her help in trying to further figure out my stomach issues.
