I had my first consultation at Platinum Digestive Health and I was so impressed. The facility itself is in pristine condition, very clean, and very easy to navigate. The check in process was so smooth and I was really happy to know that they pulled my medical history without having to have me fill out a million forms! All the staff were friendly and attentive. When I arrived the first thing they did was obtain all my medical history from our local hospital! That was quite impressive, the staff was courteous, efficient. The dr was very friendly and took his time to read my history and understand my concerns. He address everything and made sure to explain to me what my problem was and possible solutions. Highly recommend them!
