The clinic cancelled appointments multiple times. The last cancellation was shortly before the scheduled procedure after I had arranged for time off work, followed the restricted diet and already taken a dose of preparatory medication. I will not be going back.
This is my third colonoscopy with them, my first at their new location on Yonge Street. The place leaves a lot to be desired. Upholstery on the mismatched waiting room chairs is falling apart, the receptionists chair barely has any upholstery left on it, holes in the wall where I was first taken to, drafty windows, ceiling tiles ajar.
