While the colonoscopy was fine, it resulted in my mom tearing her shoulder's rotator cuff during her anesthesia. Really regret going to this clinic over a regular hospital
This was my first visit to this clinic for a gastroscopy procedure, and I found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. The front desk service was fine, but the team who prepared me for the procedure was truly amazing. Some people commented that this clinic feels like an assembly line, but I actually think it’s fine — it just means patients are seen one after another, which helps make the booking process and test times much faster.
An assembly line operation, at its worst, makes GM look incredibly inefficient. I bring my mom for her procedure and registration goes normal. I then ask the receptionist for the WiFi password so that I can do my job and make a living for my family. I put in the WiFi password only for it not to work. I tell the receptionist only to get a snarky reply "well then it's not working". Another employee was wearing a shirt that said "it's Monday and you hate your job". The attitude is such a poor reflection of their laissez fair work ethic.
