Very impressed with the professionalism and dedication the drs nurses and receptionists demonstrate I received excellent care and I would recommend this clinic to anyone that needs it I would like to say thanks to Dr Daniel Melamedov and the anethestist Dr Swartz they are amazing
I am writing this review because of a very unprofessional phone interaction. My mother does not speak English, so I answered the call regarding her appointment. I politely explained that I would speak with her first and call back. Instead of being understanding, the staff member insisted on speaking directly with my mother and implied that I was upset, which was not the case. She then abruptly hung up the phone. This is not acceptable customer service, especially in a diverse community where language barriers are common.
I attended at this medical facility for two procedures. I felt that the staff was kind and professional. The staff that prepped me for the procedures were all kind and detailed in the information that I was given. I felt their bedside manners were excellent. It is a busy place but they ran like a “well-oiled machine” meaning the transition from one staff to the other was smooth and seamless. I was very impressed by my experience. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
My dad had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy at the clinic. I really liked how the appointment times were respected, the nurses were all friendly and patient. Majority of the staff speak Chinese (which was great for my dad) and my dad didn't have any side effects after the surgeries.
