The doctor himself wasn't that bad, and his team was really good at easing my nerves, but the office staff was not very competent. My test was over a month ago and I was constantly playing phone tag with these people to finally get my test results. Every time I would call, I would be sent to voicemail. I was tempted to go to the building to get answers because it was so ridiculous.

This place is a joke. Not the medical staff. The office staff. My teen daughter was scheduled for a colonoscopy which we barely got her to go through with because of her anxiety. On the day of, after all the prepping, they said she wasn't on the schedule for that day even though she showed them the appointment card that said that day.
