Scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible. Majority of the time no one answer and if you get somone on the line, they will transfer you right away to somone else that also doesn't answer. Took multiple calls and messages just to get my mom an appointment. Dr. Macurak was great during the appointment, but that was it. They were supposed to call us to schedule her for a precedure, but were still waiting for that call over 2 months later... wait there is more... How are they seding a new bill if it was all paid out of pock... read more
A month long wait to get appointment. Sent downstairs to Quest for a blood draw. Waiting room is packed with undesirables that are probably there for drug testing. Waste of time, won't be back.
