Have tried for several weeks to get scheduled with Dr. Cutler and have had no luck due to consistent failure to answer the phone or return calls/voicemails.

I'm not sure about all the bad reviews. My experience was great from scheduling with Sebastian to the day of with the staff at 12 & Hoover to my post-procedure with Dr Michael Piper. Everything was explained fully and clearly.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Quite literally the worst doctors office I’ve ever had to unfortunately deal with. When I went in for my exam I waited almost an hour before being taken back, which is fine, I get a wait every now and then. Anywho, after getting to the back, went over quick medical history and then took my weight and stuck my in a tiny room to wait to meet the doctor. Almost two hours later, still radio silence. Worst experience I have EVER had with any doctors office! I was in the ER for Diverticulosis at the end of February and was told to follow up with a GI doctor. Called the office to make an appointment and couldn’t get in for 2 months. Ok fine I will wait. Then get a call today stating the doctor I am supposed to see on 4/25 is leaving the practice and the soonest they can get me in is June. Seriously! My mother had severe abdominal pain and saw Dr. Piper on a Wednesday. She was sent home with Miralax after an X-ray. We were told X-ray results by Friday and we were unable to get information on Friday. By Saturday I had her in ER which resulted in bowel obstruction surgery. We never heard from Dr Piper until 9 days later and he had no idea or records of her hospitalization. She could have died had I not acted. I give Dr. Piper a zero rating.
