The four stars are due to the layout of the check in desk and the check in receptionist's attitude regarding check in text in Spanish instead of preferred English. Just because I have a Spanish surname doesn't automatically make my communication language Spanish. It a great seems to me that you are profiling me instead of asking what e and primary language is preferred. All staff members were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Had a great visit with the Doctor and his staff. All were very courteous and attentive.
Just not enough kind words for everyone at Seton Main Endoscopy! My first time here…a FAR BETTER experience than my other scopes at other facilities. No hyperbole: every single Seton representative was personable and caring. Was very impressed with the doctors’ knowledge. Really listened and gave me recommendations for natural supplements to aid my issue. Doing other tests and really looking at everything, so very happy with Dr Mahmoud. Would highly recommend.
