I like my provider, but the office staff is clueless, not qualified, and arrogant. I had scheduled a follow up appointment last September for January 19th. I show up for my appointment and the tell me it was canceled because the doctor was out. They say they tried to call me in October to cancel and left a message on my cell phone. Message that I never received… it was good enough for them… I guess if my time and money are not valuable to them, I will find another clinic. Too bad because my provider was good.

Put my mama and I in bad situation. Treat you like horrible & DO NOT LISTEN when you have special needs. Never going back & may report to the state!

The whole staff is wonderful from start to finish. Very friendly and professional and they put you at ease. We have seen Dr Verma for years and highly recommend him. Im very picky about my medical care so if I give 5 stars you know theyre good! 😊

Delivered a catering order for McAllister's. The trip was an $150 order. Wanted to set the huge box and huge bag at receptionist station so I could call point of contact. Was yelled at NO, take it upstairs. Upstairs was told to wait. Waited & then they wanted me to take it "in the back." Only after the girl confirmed it wasn't heavy, was I able to offload delivery. Terrible tip, but I found out from DD FB group that McAllister's keeps most of the tip.
