RecommendedI have had a number of colonoscopies since age 50. Doctor Kanan Sharma and the whole crew at the Eleanor Drive facility were beyond excellent today. The prep the day before is always a challenge but the team had well organized guidelines for me and the medications were well presented. RecommendedThe fabtabulous TLC care was out of this world from setting up the appointment going over everything,Raquel letting me ask her a million questions, check in ,the warm blankets,my nurses, anesthesiologist, Dr Oruganti! RecommendedI've been under care at DSI since December for my IBD. I feel welcome the moment I arrive for my appointments. The front end staff is great. Going through the short check-in and check-out processes are easy, friendly and professional. Dr Verma is an awesome physician and I can't say enough good things about my PA Emily Ankrom and my nurse Kristen. In a perfect world I wouldn't be ill but I am so blessed to have such a caring team looking after me! Thank you!
More transperency in billing. Had a routine screening that is covered 100% by insurance. After the procedure, I learned that they removed a benign polyp - which is not covered by insurance,
Think if you are running 2 hours behind you should inform patient before they arrive!
