I’m genuinely surprised by the negative reviews posted about Dr. Shaw and his team. My experience has been quite the opposite. Dr. Shaw has consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, humor, and a clear dedication to patient care. He listens carefully, explains thoroughly, and treats his patients with respect. My mom also sees hiim and I have referred a few of my own clients to him, with the same feedback as I am leaving here. Dr OConnor is a great dr just wish his nurse would answer quicker
When you call this office for appointment, generally put on hold til someone is available... apparently it's ok to be put on hold for 3 to 5 minutes... then when after you have waited... then when it answers... directly telling you to leave a voicemail.. so on hold for 4ish minutes? To be told ...please leave a voicemail...
