Took care of my problems the very day I called.
I do not recommend this place. They sent me to get medical tests done, and I completed them. A week later I called to ask about my results and was told that I had a balance to pay. I told them I was willing to pay it right away, but they said I had to wait until I received the bill in the mail and paid it before they could give me my results. It is very unprofessional to make a patient wait for their medical results when they are trying to understand their health.
All they told me was eat more fiber no follow up. And not even the best advice. Thanks to Google I think I am doing better.
They used to be great 10 years ago…Now dealing with them is a constant headache and super stressful. They mess up paperwork and appointments constantly, and care more about money than the health of their patients. It’s definitely not what it used to be. They will hold your meds from you too and be super petty-even if you’re flaring.
My son was seen on over a week ago and was told he needs to be on antibiotics. They never sent script in. Tried over and over to call. Finally I waited 2 hours on hold on Dec 26th and my husband and I drove to their office to find out they were closed, even though their website said they were open and system put me in hold with 8 people in front of me also waiting. Today I got hold of on call doc who sent script in. Terrible customer service and a horrible answering system.
