My husband had an ultrasound in JUNE of 2024 and they just sent me a $200 bill in MAY of 2025. How can an office function sending bills out 11 months after the appointment? SO RIDICULOUS!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Unfortunately our visit to digestive associates was not pleasant. We were seen my CRNP Hetrick when we thought we were going to be seen by Dr. Manish. CRNP Hetrick did not examined my dad’s abdomen but stated in her consultation notes she did. She also stated she informed us regarding the risks and benefits of doing a colonoscopy and endoscopy, she did not. As for treatment CRNP Hetrick told my dad to take miralax and Metamucil. Dr.Arora was very informative and explained everything to me in detail before my testing/ procedure I had . Afterwards, he explained all my results and answered all my questions . He has a great bedside manner and seems compassionate in what he does . His office staff is very nice also and makes you feel like one of them and not just a patient .
My Husband ( Jeffrey Brown ) has had two different procedures done in the last year, and both times we we’re totally satisfied with his care. Thankfully he goes beyond what we initially thought he was fixing and found another minor issue. We will continue our care right where are with him for my husband and anyone else in our family.
