Terrible and unprofessional staff. Scheduled for a colonoscopy amd the day before the test at 4pm i was instructed to start taking meds and I puked it up in 20 min. Called to speak to a nurse at 4:25 and the voicemail was 100% in Spanish for starters not a lick of English. Left a message asking what to do and have somone call me back asap. Proceeded to leave 3 additional messages on 3 different voicemail begging for help on what to do. Not anpeep in response. I was immediately scheduled for a colonoscopy because I complained of diarrhea. Then I tried to call to ask questions about whether I should be first be tested for intestinal infection or parasites, but nobody returned my phone messages. So, I finally got someone on the phone to tell them I was cancelling the procedure and going to another Dr that does noninvasive testing first
I had a procedure done with them, and complications arose afterward. They didn't respond for three days and didn't return my calls after I left messages. When I finally reached them, they said they would call me back within 24-48 hours, even though I mentioned I had been experiencing pain and issues for four days.
