I have visited DDSOM as a new patient and was very pleased with how everyone greeted me. Front desk was very polite and friendly, and back staff were very knowledgeable and thorough. Every question I asked, they had an explanation which made it so easy to understand as I have been having digestive problems and have not been able to get them resolved. Physicians at DDSOM have really changed my way of life! I am so thankful for them!

After having an EGD, espousal stretch and esophageal biopsy a few weeks ago I came in for a follow-up appointment. I was greeted by Christina at the reception desk at sign in. She was so very pleasant and welcoming. After I sat down to wait to be called in, I noted that she gladly assisted a new patient to fill out his paperwork. I recently had the profound misfortune of visiting the Digestive Disease Specialists on Cortez Road, and I can confidently say it has been the most abysmal healthcare experience of my life. The staff's sheer incompetence and blatant laziness are not just alarming - they are downright dangerous. Their unprofessionalism and utter disregard for patients' time and health are appalling. Beyond perplexed about how they are still in business!
