Good staff when u are there but I have called 3 days in a row trying to get results from a surgery they keep saying the nurse will call me back the nurse has not called me back for the past 3 days of trying to get the results that could impact my life and they can't seem to give me the results so if u want to stress then choose this place I do not recommend sorry
I waited for a month and a half for this appointment after getting blood work and a scan of my liver. Then when I get to the appointment they let me know that Dr. Fernandez still isn’t in office yet and is running a hour behind. I decide to stay. Literally saw Dr. Fernandez for 30 seconds. He told me my diagnosis and told me the only way to help it is losing weight. This could have been a phone call. Dr Tummala listened as well as explaining everything regarding my symptoms and twsts. He thoroughly explained the testing results. The office staff were incredibly helpful. Nancy, Dr Tummala nurse is so sweet and incredibly helpful!
Very frustrating. Called to make an appointment but they said i have to bring drivers license and insurance by to be able to make an appointment. I drive 40 min to bring information by at 11:10. No one is in the office. They are out to lunch. Lunch hours aren't posted in business hours.
Dr Fernandez still rocks. Colonoscopies still sucks
