The doctor and staff are very very professional. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. Beyond being professional they were all very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable, about an uncomfortable procedure.
Always on time, the staff and Dr. Misra have their practices down to an art. They are also consistent with their stringent Covid-19 precautions to keep staff and patients safe. The staff are kind, compassionate, and have a great and positive sense of humor! Dr. Misra is always above and beyond in patient engagement, always very thorough, and a wonderful bedside manner. She's an amazing GI - 💯 professional on a level hard to find and once you do, you won't want anyone else.
