Office staff is rude and unprofessional. They are negligent in providing adequate medical services or response. As mentioned in other reviews, they refuse to respond in a timely manner, I have been attempting to make an appointment with them for over a month now and they continue to claim that the referral was not received, although, it has been submitted 5x (confirmation received 5x) and hand delivered.
