I’ve had 3 separate appointments and each one, they call the day before to reschedule. Then the snooty ass bitch’s on the phone give you attitudes. I’ve have to keep rescheduling my job, because they can’t keep an appointment that they gave me 3 months in advance. It’s Cost me money every time. Not to mention it’s been 11 months and they still haven’t figured out what’s wrong.
If I could give less than a 1 I would!!!!! Why bother making an appt?????? Waited for over 1 week just to get in for my husband to see Dr.I, then waited OVER 1 hour past his appt time to even get called back to room..... And then if I were to cancel they want to charge me!!!!!!! My husband loves Dr.I, but if he has so many patients, get him more examination rooms than 2 and don't double book patients!!!!! I wish I could charge you for my time waiting!!!! And office staff......rude, uncaring and insensitive!!!!!!
