Rudest staff and even ruder doctor! Doctor does not act as if he cares about the patient. He barely stuck his head in the door on our 1st visit and only gave us 5 minutes of his time on our 2nd visit (for which we paid $80 fee!). Wanted to put my son on PPI's even though the doctor admitted that he still doesn't know what is causing my son's stomach issues. Made us take over $1300 in blood tests which revealed nothing. I really liked Dr. Ahmed. But his staff is awful.
Very professional friendly staff and Dr very professional and thorough with learning about patient history. Ordered bunch of test for me to take in future to rule out any abnormalities
Very friendly staff and the Dr. Ahmed is so personable and thorough. He was recommended by FL Hospital Wesley Chapel ER doctor and I was seen very promptly.
This doctor and his entire staff were professional, efficient and very kind. I highly recommend this doctor if you need a colonoscopy.
This is not a rating against the doctor, because I really liked him and trusted him, but his office staff are very unprofessional. Their telephone manners are horrible, they're rude and I'm pretty sure they lied to me telling me the office manager doesn't have a certain schedule when I asked to speak with her. They never called me to schedule a procedure that dr. Ahmed requested. Just got a call back from them, after asking to speak with a nurse, referring me to another gastroenterologist.
